Today is my birthday. Many questions and memories are going through my head.
One question is, “how did I get here so fast?” The answer… I don’t know. When I slow down enough to think about my life, it all seems to be flying by. As I look back, though, I feel blessed. Thank Christ for the life He has given me, and for the life to come. I can honestly say that I’m excited to see where He leads me from here.
I thank you Jesus for everything. I stand on your Word that “all things work together for good for those who love The Lord…” It is good to know you, I wish that for all your creation. Amen
I am just so thankful that God orders my days. Even when I feel overwhelmed with circumstances, I know that God is with me and can handle EVERYTHING!
I feel anxiety when I forget that you, Jesus, give perfect peace to me when I keep my trust in You. Thank you for your Word. Isaiah 26:3 Thank you for the prayers of my family and friends.
It is her birthday today. She is a great mother, wife and friend. I love her. When I was young she taught me about Jesus.
Thank Christ for my mom. She has been the best mother, and I could never repay all that she has done for us all these years. Thank You Lord for her.
The Word says “Do not fret or waste too much time about anything, but for everything remember to pray and to thank God for it before it happens” – Philippians 4:6 paraphrased. Here’s what the Word is trying to convey; In the circumstances of life, it’s easy to look at the dark side of the equation. Things can be frightening and worrisome, but the worry and the fear does not resolve any of the issues at hand. What really resolves the difficulties in life is the supplication to God for divine intervention and care, and He always answers in His perfect timing!
I know that we’re made from dust and clay, and the Word says that God knows our frame. So it’s okay to have some human feelings, but the feelings must not be the entire action on our part. We’re to look to God for help, and offer thanks while we’re at it (since this is something we often forget to do). So we MUST thank Christ every time we pray!
I thank Christ for all of the blessings he has given us. I pray for his continued protection in our lives. Thank You Jesus for our gift! We love You!
The ARMY has decided that my sweetheart will have to leave me for a long time. I am thankful that even though my heart will be in Afghanistan for a while, the hand of the Lord is going to be upon us both at the same time. I am thankful that since both our lifes belong to Christ..nothing can ever separate us from his love…not even war.
Thank Christ for our home! We love it, and are grateful for His continued blessings.
