Thank Christ for my wife. Two years ago, today, we were married. She is a blessing.

My hubby and I are getting an adorable puppy this week and are grateful that we have the means and ability to take care of her.

Being Grateful

Thank you God for the ability to appreciate YOU and all that you have done, are doing and will do in my life. Somedays that is the only think that keeps me going.

Thankful Thursdays

I am thankful for Jon and his Thankful Thursday newletters. I always look forward to checking my email on Thursday to read them. I feel like the message is often tailored to me and what I need to hear from God that week.

Health

Please pray for my friend who has been struggling with health issues. She goes to have surgery in December. She has been sick for almost a year now but she was able to witness to someone in similar shoes and she was not only saved, but saved from cancer! My friend had a purpose for being sick for a year. She questioned God but never gave up. Thank you Lord, for your time and healing. Please help anyone with health struggles to not lose focus.

My Nearest Exit

I just read today’s (11/12) Thankful Thursday enewsletter and I got God-goosebumps! How wonderful it is to be able to FEEL the presence of the Holy Spirit and God at work in our lives. I read this and went, “WOW…” It was perfect timing. I’ve been studying ACTS lately and it is hard to think how persecution is good, but Saul/Paul, Stephen, Peter, John….All of them were down in the pits but never let it get to them. It’s so easy to forget how perfect everything really is, but when God means it, he’ll let you know. This has been a tough but spiritually rewarding week for me and this article topped the cake! THANKS Jon. I appreciate all of your hard work in witnessing and I praise God for the strength and encouragement to speak out to others. I am so thankful for what abilities I have to be able to spread my talents to others.

Health and Healing

After being sick for three and a half months, it is such a wonderful treat to be improving and getting back to the life I took for granted.

Thank You, my Awesome Savior, for providing healing and strength. Call upon the Lord and He will answer you! I have so much for which I am thankful and even more that I take for granted. Lord, help us to count and remember to thank you for ALL of our blessings. God’s blessings to you all!

The Tilt of the Earth

If the earth was not tilted at precisely 23.4 degrees, life would not exist on earth as we know it. Without the exact tilt of the earth, the heat and cold cycles of the atmosphere would be unbearable for all of us on land and sea and air. Thank you God for 23.4!
