Little things that are really a big deal

I’m grateful for nicknames, inside jokes, funny faces and moments of blissful silliness with family members. Each one of these is certainly a gift from God.

A Job for My Husband

After being self employed for 5.5 years, my husband was able to get back on with the government. I am thankful for the peace of mind God has brought us. For new beginnings. How the job came about is a true MIRACLE that only the Good Lord could have made happen. I have promised to be His voice! Pray it. Believe it. God will make it happen!!

Surgery

I had major surgery and the disease I had came back, worse than in previous months. So far, recovery has been going well and only a few minor complications, but nothing that 3 days worth of antibiotics couldn’t kill off!

I thank God for strength and peace through this transition and for providing for my family when I was not able to get off of the couch.

I pray for continued strength and recovery and for this disease to stop coming back. It’s like cancer, but it won’t kill me. I pray that for whatever reason I have it, that I can understand my purpose and use it to glorify His name.

Blue Heart

Thank You Jesus for the message, and for the blue heart, which I only know the significance of what it means. I was waiting for assurance from you and you gave it to me. I love you.

I want to thank God for helping me to find a REALLY important document on my computer that I thought was lost.

Watching Night and Day

Thank you Christ for watching over our Son for his protection, guidance and good health. Your Word says: “Unless you watch over the city, in vain works the watchman.” Praise you Lord!

Rain

Thank Christ for the rain we had today. It was awesome waking up to the drops hitting our roof.

Special Birthday

Thank you Jesus for this month is my son’s birthday. My love for him exceeds words, and his love for you gives me peace and comfort that he is blessed with wisdom. He is the kind of son every mother would love to have, his integrity, wisdom and love for you made it so easy to raise him. I pray for him dear Lord to keep him safe, and to give him good health and peace of mind to serve you all the days of his life. Thank you Jesus.

Give Me Strength

Thank You Christ for giving me the strength after my illness and my stay at the hospital.I realized how much I take my health for granted. You have awakened me to the fact that I ran myself phisically and emotionally so down that I couldn’t tell the difference between work, play, fellowship or time-out. Please help me to take things slow and in perspective to better serve you, myself and my loved ones around me. Thank You Jesus for healing me and please help me do the right things so that I will NOT go through this again.
