Christmas Eve

Thank God for sending His Son to earth, to ultimately die for our sins. This is the best gift. The ultimate gift.

Blessed Birthday

Blessed birthday to my son. Yesterday was his birthday and I am full minded of what a blessing he’s been in my and my famil’s life. Thank You Lord for the man he has become, he was a joy to raise and now to see what a man of faith, integrety, honesty, love for You and and family. Thank You Jesus for being so graciouse to have him in our life. Please Lord keep him and protect him and his family in the palm of Your hand. I ask Your favor on him. ALWAYS.

Empowerment

Thank you Jesus that you give me the empowerment to face everyday challenges, to trust you with the things I cannot change, and to pray and ask for wisdom when I’m facing a dificult situation. You are a loving and forgiving Father without conditions, teach us to love and to forgive others just as you do. Please take care of my little ones far away.

So Thankful

I am very thankful for my friends and family. As a single mother, I would not have been able to provide much for my son this year. I am extremely thankful for friends who took me in and treat me like members of their own family.

I am thankful for the many blessings I have and the peace and comfort that God gives me for the things I do have – nothing material, just everything that really matters.

I am thankful for my church and community and for the Soldiers overseas who are unable to be with their loved ones; that we all have been given life and were able to celebrate that today.

Family on Thanksgiving

Music

Thank God for music! It’s one of those things that connects people and lifts the spirit, and is a fantastic way to praise God.

Penzu

Yeah, yeah… this sounds like a product recommendation, and I do recommend it… it’s free anyway. But I really am thankful for it.

For the last year or so, I’ve been wanting to move my journals online. Penzu’s finally a workable way for me to do that, which is great, since I’ll be moving early next year and won’t be able to take the hard copies.

So, thank you, Jesus, for letting me discover Penzu.
